03 Booking & Confirmation

Service bookings are made via phone call or WhatsApp message. A booking is confirmed only after our team acknowledges it and provides a confirmation.

• You must provide accurate information including your name, contact number, address, and service requirements
• Bookings are subject to availability in your area
• We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the service location at the agreed time

04 Pricing & Payment

We provide transparent pricing — the price for your service will be communicated to you before we begin any work. By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the quoted price.

• Prices may vary based on the size of your home, type of service, and location
• Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after arrival, but only with your prior agreement
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and common digital payment methods

05 Customer Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment for our service professionals
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our team
• Ensure pets are secured during the service visit
• Not request services that are outside the agreed scope without prior discussion

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if our team is subjected to unsafe or hostile conditions.

06 Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver quality services, ApnaHelper's liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
